House rules

• Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
• Maximum 4 guests. Registered guests only overnight.
• Dogs welcome. Please let us know when you book.
• No smoking or vaping inside. A $250 cleaning charge applies.
• No illegal drugs.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM. We love our neighbors.
• Primary guest must be 21 or older.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 14 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days.

Cleaning fees and taxes are refunded on any cancellation made before check-in. To cancel, reply to your confirmation email.

Payment

When you request to book, your card is authorized for the full amount. We confirm requests promptly, usually within a few hours, and only then is your card charged. If we can't host you, the authorization is released automatically. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Damage protection

Each stay includes a $39 damage protection fee in place of a security deposit. It covers accidental damage during your stay up to the plan limit. Intentional damage, excessive cleaning, and policy violations (parties, smoking) are the guest's responsibility.

Rental agreement

By booking you agree that the primary guest is at least 21, will be present for the entire stay, and is responsible for all guests and visitors. Occupancy is limited to the maximum listed. The owners may end a stay without refund for violations of the house rules. Hotel occupancy taxes are collected as required by the State of Texas and the City of Fort Worth.
