When is my card charged?
Your card is authorized when you request to book, and charged only once we confirm your dates, usually within a few hours. If we cannot confirm, the hold is released automatically.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe, the same processor used by Amazon and Shopify. We never see or store your card number.
How do I get in?
Self check-in with a keypad. Your address, door code and Wi-Fi details are emailed a few days before you arrive.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 14 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Dogs are welcome and the backyard is fully fenced. Please tell us about your pup when you book.
What is the damage protection fee?
Instead of a large security deposit, each stay includes a small protection fee that covers accidental damage up to the plan limit. No deposit holds on your card.
